Justin Blackmon gained national attention for his football skills when he was playing as a wide receiver for the Oklahoma State Cowboys. He was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars, and has yet to sign his official contract.

Blackmon has recently made the news again after he was pulled over and arrested in Stillwater, Oklahoma for driving under the influence. Police signaled the football player to pull his car over around 3 a.m. on Sunday morning, and noticed that he appeared to be intoxicated. According to police, he was speeding and swerving before he was pulled over.

Justin was unable to pass the field sobriety tests, and was taken to the Payne County jail. While he was there, he gave a blood sample, and his blood alcohol content was calculated at 0.24, three times more than the legal limit. He was booked, and charged with an aggravated DUI.
